The Problem: Hiring and Developing A Growing Remote Workforce

Like many companies, SCS saw a hiring freeze in 2020 followed by an increase in remote hiring. In order to execute its more than 100 programs, SCS needed to hire talent with specialized skills — and its old recruiting and hiring systems couldn’t keep up. SCS also needed a solution that could integrate with ADP, its payroll provider.

With the added strain of COVID interruptions, it took up to six-plus weeks to set up payroll in new states. At this point, it became clear that we needed a much more nimble onboarding solution.”
