But when CEO Andre Lavoie and President Colin Kingsbury founded ClearCompany in Boston in 2004, they started the journey with just one piece of the talent management tech puzzle: our flagship Applicant Tracking System (ATS). We’ve come a long way since then.
On top of our unmatched recruiting software, ClearCompany delivers top-tier onboarding, performance management, employee engagement, people analytics, and learning solutions for HR and talent acquisition teams. ClearCompany serves clients across the U.S. and Canada, from midsize businesses to large enterprises. Looking Back on Milestones — And Forward to What’s Next
As we celebrate the past two decades of success, that’s not the only thing we have to get excited about here at ClearCompany. In 2024, we achieved some incredible milestones, enhancing our product suite and bringing our clients cutting-edge technology.
In June, we announced the acquisition of Brainier, a learning management system (LMS) designed to educate, engage, and empower employees at every stage of their employment journey. We’ve also enhanced the ClearCompany platform with artificial intelligence (AI) and automation, enabling teams to work faster than ever before:
- Released the Virtual Recruiter chatbot, which provides 24/7 support for job seekers visiting clients’ career sites and helps with job application completion, candidate screening, and interview scheduling
- Unveiled AI Sourcing Engine, a tool that jump-starts every candidate search with lists of qualified prospective candidates from professional databases and existing Talent Communities
- Rolled out Talent Match recommendations that immediately surface best-match candidates to help recruiters prioritize outreach
- Introduced a built-in, AI-enhanced content composer to assist talent acquisition teams by instantly writing job descriptions, offer letters, and candidate communications
We can’t wait to share the most exciting release of the year, a first-of-its-kind offering that will change the way our clients see their people data.
