Compared to the other working generations, Millennials aren’t totally invested in their retirement just yet. Providing them with short-term incentive programs, like paying extra for increased performance in a given quarter, will motivate them to make a name for themselves. Keep in mind that complicated and comprehensive retirement plans won’t necessarily attract them but repayment of college loans might.
