HRM Direct and LinkUp today announced an integration partnership that will enable HRM Direct clients to leverage LinkUp's cutting-edge Job Search Engine to promote their jobs to a larger audience and increase candidate applications for free.
The direct connection between HRM Direct's Applicant Tracking System and LinkUp's Job Search Engine allows companies to automatically feed jobs posted to their public career site over to LinkUp's job index to maximize visibility among potential candidates to increase the size of their candidate pool.
For growing companies in time-sensitive environments, there has been a recent trend toward using job search engines instead of traditional job boards or job aggregators to help employers find quality candidates in an increasingly competitive job market. Even a small decrease in time-to-hire or a small increase in candidate quality can have dramatic results for a business' bottom line.
